THE LATEST @ EHR
TO ALL OF OUR ALLSCRIPTS TOUCHWORKS™ CLIENTS:
As soon as you have a TWEHR v17.1 upgrade go-live date and a timeline for the upgrade, please enter a case in our BlueCamroo client support system. We will do an evaluation of the products and services we provide for your organization, determine a plan and work with you towards an effective upgrade. IMPORTANT: New hardware associated with your upgrade will require a re-install of our products which is NOT covered under your support/maintenance and instead will be done at your contracted hourly rate.
Additionally, several of our applications have new versions like QISInform (a full Chronic Care Patient Management Suite), Barcode Reader 2.1 or Chart2PDF 4.1. If you are interested in moving to the latest versions of our applications, that too can be coordinated.
Finally, we are assisting several clients with a variety of upgrade services including, but not limited to, interface updates, TWEHR configuration, testing, training and go-live support. Configuration alone typically take clients numerous hours to navigate. Overall, we can walk you through the configuration steps in a short amount of time and in layman terms. As we have done this for clients already, we also have heightened knowledge on the troublesome areas and “gotchas” which we can educate you on giving you a leading edge to success.
If you do not have a BlueCamroo login, please contact Connie Sheets (connie.sheets@EHR-integration.com), or reply to this email, and we will provide access.
